Impact windows
Impact windows, measured and permitted per opening
Laminated impact glass in aluminum or vinyl frames, sized to your openings and anchored to the approval that covers them. Rated, permitted, inspected, closed out.

Miami-Dade NOA
Every unit we install carries a Notice of Acceptance or a Florida Product Approval, and the number goes on your permit.
Florida Building Code, 8th edition
Design pressures are calculated per opening for your address, exposure, and roof height. Not per house.
Manufacturer authorized
Authorized dealer and installer, so the product warranty stays intact and labor sits with us.
Licensed CBC1260546
One licensed contractor pulls the permit, installs, and meets the inspector. No brokered crews.
What you are actually buying
An impact window is a laminated glass unit inside a frame that has been tested as a system: large missile impact, then thousands of pressure cycles at the design load for your opening. The tested assembly is what gets approved, which is why the frame, the glass, and the anchors cannot be mixed and matched on site.
We size every opening individually. Design pressure changes with your address, exposure, roof height, and how close the opening sits to a corner of the building, so two windows on the same wall can require different units.
Specification
What is available
Configurations
Single hung, horizontal roller, casement, awning, fixed picture, and architectural shapes including radius and trapezoid.
Frames
Aluminum for larger spans and narrow sightlines, vinyl for thermal performance and cost in common sizes. White, bronze, and black finishes.
Glass
Clear laminate as standard, with tinted, low-e, and heavier acoustic interlayers available per opening rather than per house.
Screens and hardware
Full or half screens on operating units, keyed cam locks where required, and factory finishes that match across the elevation.
Sound and UV
The laminate interlayer blocks essentially all UV and takes a meaningful bite out of road and aircraft noise. Acoustic interlayers go further.
Permit package
Approval numbers, design pressure calculations, and anchoring details submitted as one package, so plan review does not stall.

Questions
Asked on almost every estimate
On a replace in frame installation, almost none. On full frame replacement we cut back the exterior finish around the opening and patch it to match texture. Paint to a break line is on you or your painter, and we say so before we start.
Doors are usually the weakest opening
A protected window schedule with an unrated slider still lets the envelope fail. See how impact doors and sliders are sized and anchored.
