Lighthouse Point, Broward County
Frameless glass in Lighthouse Point
Lighthouse Point is small, almost entirely single family, and heavily waterfront. Most of our work here is a full renovation of a 1960s house or a teardown rebuild.
Renovation and rebuild, not repair
The canal lots here are being rebuilt rather than patched. That means we are usually working from a contractor schedule, not a homeowner one, and the glass measure lands after tile and before the plumbing trim. Getting that sequence right is what keeps a frameless enclosure from arriving to a wall that moved.
On rebuilds we prefer to see the framing photos before the tile goes on, so hinge blocking gets placed while it costs nothing instead of getting solved with a header later.
Waterfront railings
Pool decks and docks facing the canal are the other half of our Lighthouse Point volume. Exterior glass railing is engineered work with a permit, an anchor schedule, and an inspection. It is priced from a site visit, never from a web form, and we will say so rather than publish a number we would have to walk back.

Lighthouse Point specifics
After tile and waterproofing are complete and before plumbing trim. Measuring on framing produces a panel that does not fit the finished opening.
