Big openings, taller glass

Parkland primary bathrooms are frequently built with 8 foot or taller shower openings and multi panel configurations rather than a single door. Above about 84 inches of glass height the weight math changes: hinges move to heavy duty, wall blocking becomes non negotiable, and half inch glass stops being an upgrade and becomes the requirement.

We check for blocking behind the tile before quoting a hinge wall on a large enclosure. If there is nothing to bite into, a clamped panel layout or a header brace is the honest answer instead of hoping anchors hold a 200 pound door.

Gated community logistics

Most of our Parkland work is inside gated communities with contractor hours, vendor registration, and a certificate of insurance on file. We register ahead of the install date so the crew is not sitting at a gate at 8am, and we schedule inside the community allowed hours.
