Process

How the work actually runs

Five stages, with the real timelines and the things we need from you at each one. Nothing here is padded to look fast.

01

Ten minutes, whenever you want

Design it yourself

Configure the enclosure in the browser and watch the price move. No email gate, no chat widget, no call before you know the number.

Save the design when you want to keep it. That creates your account quietly and gives you a link you can send to a spouse, a designer, or a contractor.

What we need from you: A rough width and height. A tape measure guess is fine at this stage.

02

Usually within 3 to 5 business days

Free laser measure

The person who takes the measure is the person accountable for the numbers, not a salesperson working a commission. It takes about 30 minutes.

We check plumb, level, curb slope, wall construction at every hinge and clip location, and head height. We photograph anything already cracked before we touch it.

What we need from you: Access to the space and about 30 minutes. Tile and the pan must be finished.

03

Same day or next day after measure

Firm quote

The firm quote replaces the online range with a number we hold. If it moved, the reason is in the quote with the photo attached.

If the change does not work for you, you walk away. Any part of a deposit that has not paid for cut glass comes back.

What we need from you: A yes or a no. The quote has an expiration because glass pricing moves.

04

10 to 14 business days for showers and mirrors

Deposit and fabrication

Approving the quote and paying the deposit releases fabrication. Tempered glass cannot be modified after the furnace, which is why nothing is cut before the measure is signed off.

Partitions run 3 to 5 weeks. Railings run 6 to 10 weeks because engineering and permitting sit in front of fabrication.

What we need from you: Quote approval and the deposit. Both amounts were visible before you agreed.

05

Half a day to a full day

Install

Our own crew, never a day labor sub. We protect the floor, drill, set the glass, silicone, and clean up. Silicone needs about 24 hours before the shower gets used.

When the job is marked installed, the warranty is issued automatically. You get a certificate PDF with your exact specification and a care guide written for the products you actually bought.

What we need from you: Parking, elevator access if applicable, and the space clear.

Payments

Three moments money changes hands

Every amount is shown before you agree to it, and the ledger stays visible in your portal.

  • An optional reservation hold when you want to lock a price and a slot before the measure. It is an authorization, not a charge.
  • A deposit after you approve the firm quote. This releases fabrication and covers the glass order.
  • The balance on completion, after the install passes our own walkthrough.

After install

What happens once the glass is in

This is the part most companies stop caring about, so it is written down here.

  • The warranty is issued the day the job is marked installed, with a certificate PDF listing your exact specification.
  • You get a care guide written for the products you bought, not a generic sheet.
  • We check in at day 30, month 6, year 1, year 3, and again before coverage expires.
  • Coverage transfers once to a new owner of the same address, recorded by us.
  • Anyone can verify a certificate is active without logging in.

Questions

About timing and logistics

For a shower, plan on about three weeks from the day you approve a quote: a few days to get out for the measure, then 10 to 14 business days of fabrication. Anyone promising a frameless install next week is either holding stock glass or about to miss the date.
